Hero Run 5K

Runners passing under a large American flag hung from a fire truck ladder at the Hero Run 5K

Our team shows up before sunrise to set up the recovery tent, run pre-race warm-ups and keep runners moving all morning. Between the stretch tables and the finish line, our therapists handle everything from tight hamstrings to post-race cramping — free to every participant.

Jambalaya Festival 5K

Runners gathered at the start line of the Jambalaya Festival 5K in Gonzales

Gonzales’ signature festival weekend starts with a 5K, and our tents sit right past the finish line. Two treatment tables, a full team and a steady line of runners — we stretch, tape and treat until the last finisher is through, then stay for the festival like everybody else.
